總臺記者獲悉，當地時間6日下午，負責調查緊急戒嚴事件的韓國特檢組以妨礙公務、偽造公文等嫌疑要求法院拘留前總統尹錫悅。韓國首爾中央地方法院將在審理后作出是否拘留尹錫悅的決定。
據悉，這是今年3月8日尹錫悅獲釋后韓國調查機關再次向法院申請拘留。
