財聯社7月8日電，據央視新聞報道，俄羅斯外長拉夫羅夫當地時間7日表示，俄羅斯擁有使鈾貧化的技術并愿意在該方面向伊朗提供服務。俄方可以從伊朗運出該國剩余的過度濃縮的鈾并在俄企業對其進行加工，之后再作為能源用濃縮鈾供伊朗核能設施使用。
