國務院總理李強2025年7月6日會見埃塞俄比亞總理阿比時表示，中國愿同埃塞方在高質量共建“一帶一路”框架下，推動亞吉鐵路這一旗艦工程可持續發展，擴大雙邊貿易投資規模。

China stands ready to work with Ethiopia to promote the sustainable development of the Addis Ababa-Djibouti Railway, a flagship project of the high-quality Belt and Road cooperation, and expand bilateral trade and investment, Chinese Premier Li Qiang said on July 6, 2025. Li made the remarks during his meeting with Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed.

【知識點】

亞吉鐵路項目是海外首條全產業鏈“中國標準”的鐵路，是“一帶一路”旗艦項目，于2012年開始施工，2016年全線通車，2018年開通運營。作為東非地區的交通大動脈，亞吉鐵路連接了埃塞俄比亞和吉布提，被譽為埃塞俄比亞的運輸生命線和新時期的坦贊鐵路。在建設運營亞吉鐵路的同時，中資企業還積極響應埃塞政府的工業化發展戰略，在亞吉鐵路沿線為其承建了5個國家級工業園。

亞吉鐵路的建設和運營，不但解決了交通難題，還有力促進了沿線工業園區和重大項目在鐵路沿線的布局，帶動了鐵路沿線和城市經濟的發展，初步起到了“一條鐵路拉動一條經濟帶”的效果。目前，在亞吉鐵路沿線，產業聚集效應開始逐步顯現，“港口+鐵路+旱港+工業園+自貿區”組團式發展，沿線的十幾個工業園區在全部投產后總計能為當地創造幾十萬個就業崗位，未來亞吉鐵路沿線有望成為東非地區重要的經濟帶。

我們要堅持拆墻而不是筑墻、開放而不是隔絕，堅持共商共建共享，不搞贏者通吃，推動構建開放型世界經濟，讓發展中國家更好融入國際分工，共享經濟全球化成果。

What we need is to remove barriers rather than erect walls, open up rather than close off. We should carry out extensive consultation and make joint contribution for shared benefit, reject the winner-takes-all approach, and build an open world economy where developing countries are better involved in the international division of labor and share the fruits of economic globalization.
