7月20日（報道），新廁鎖門，舊廁熏人！稷山縣農村出現高標準公廁“建而不用”的怪事！調查采訪時，當地不少村民向記者反映，新建的公共廁所都是不提供日常使用的，只有村里有活動或領導來視察的時候才會開放。
