7月21日，有博主在社交平臺發(fā)視頻，稱自己去長春市汽車經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)民政局辦理結(jié)婚登記，但等證件拿到手時卻變成了離婚證。

A couple accidentally received a divorce certificate instead of a marriage certificate at the Changchun Automobile Economic and Technological Development Zone civil affairs bureau on Monday.

據(jù)澎湃新聞，該民政局綜合科回應(yīng)，已要求婚姻登記處出具情況說明，正在處理。

該視頻發(fā)布者稱，7月21日上午，她和丈夫到長春市汽車經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)民政局婚姻登記處辦理結(jié)婚證，結(jié)果領(lǐng)證時突然發(fā)現(xiàn)，紅色的證書封面竟然是“離婚證”，內(nèi)頁本應(yīng)印有“結(jié)婚證字號”的位置也是“離婚證字號”，不過具體的字號開頭字母是代表結(jié)婚的“J”，而不是代表離婚的“L”。

The mistake was discovered when the couple noticed that the red cover, which should have indicated a marriage certificate, instead displayed "divorce certificate".

7月21日下午，紅星新聞記者就此事致電長春市汽車經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)民政局。接線人員告訴記者，今天確實發(fā)生了一起發(fā)錯證的事情，但及時更換后，當事人也諒解了，“因為周一我們統(tǒng)一往各個窗口增加新證，當時是把離婚證放錯位置了，插在結(jié)婚證里頭了。當時沒注意，就發(fā)出去了。（發(fā)現(xiàn)后）及時給新人把證換過來了，更正了?！?br/>

另外，接線人員也表示，此事是用錯了證，不是業(yè)務(wù)辦錯了，（新人結(jié)婚的）信息都是正確的，且博主所發(fā)的離婚證件上的字號不是離婚證字號，而是結(jié)婚證字號。

The bureau later explained that the error occurred during a routine distribution of new certificates. A staff member confirmed that a divorce certificate had been mistakenly placed in the marriage certificate slot, but it was quickly rectified and replaced. The couple's information remained correct.

7月21日，長春市汽車經(jīng)濟技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)民政局婚姻登記處一工作人員告訴瀟湘晨報記者，“證件發(fā)錯了，我們已經(jīng)糾正了，也給當事人道歉了，下次一定注意?！?/p>

The civil affairs bureau apologized to the couple and assured that similar issues would be prevented in the future.
