7月23日，今年第7號臺風(fēng)“范斯高”和第8號臺風(fēng)“竹節(jié)草”接連生成，24日第9號臺風(fēng)“羅莎”生成，出現(xiàn)了今年首次三臺共舞的格局。 受“范斯高”外圍環(huán)流影響，申城今天上午多云到陰有短時陣雨，傍晚起雨勢增強，轉(zhuǎn)為陰到多云有時有陣雨，氣溫28℃~33 ℃，早晨清涼，午間微熱。（東方視頻 俞霖）
