聯合國婦女署中國辦公室現招募一名Programme Specialist, Women's Economic Empowerment，在聯合國婦女署中國辦公室代表的指導下，婦女經濟賦權項目專家將制定婦女經濟賦權（WEE）項目的相關戰略制定、管理和落實，并對接資源、建立項目合作伙伴關系?？靵砑尤胛覀儼?！

Required Skills and Experience：

Education and certification:??

• Master's degree or equivalent in social sciences, human rights, gender/women's studies, international development, or a related field is required.?

• A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experiencemay be acceptedin lieu of the advanced university degree.

• A project/programme management certification would be an added advantage.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of progressively responsible work experience at the national or international level in design, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of development projects;

• Technical experience in Women's Economic Empowerment (WEE);

• Experience coordinating and liaising with government agencies and/or donors is an asset;

• Experience in collaborating and fundraising with the private sector is desirable;

• Experience working in the UN System is an asset;

• Experience in leading/managing a team is an asset.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Chinese is required;

• Working knowledge of another official UN language is an asset.
