今早（10月21日），央行發布最新LPR利率，其中1年期LPR降為3.1%，上月為3.35%；5年期以上LPR降為3.6%，上月為3.85%。
在此前，長沙部分銀行已經房貸利率下將至LPR-70BP，也就是首套房3.15%，二套房3.35%。此次LPR再次下調后，首套房利率最低將至2.9%，二套房3.1%，購房者的房貸壓力再次降低，
