3月1日20時許，仙庵派出所民警巡邏中發現一迷路小孩，遂先將其帶到派出所休息，同時組織警力和民力助警組織，通過走訪了解、公共監控排查和發布尋人啟事等方式尋找小孩家屬。
15分鐘后，民警根據熱心群眾提供的線索找到小孩家屬，將小孩平安交由他們接回。
