4月23日，全國雙擁模范城(縣)命名大會在北京舉行，大會命名了508個全國雙擁模范城(縣)，吉林省長春市、吉林市、通化市、白城市、梅河口市、延吉市、洮南市、柳河縣、琿春市、四平市、白山市、敦化市、長白朝鮮族自治縣、靖宇縣、長嶺縣15個市、縣光榮上榜。長春市、吉林市、通化市、延吉市4個市縣獲得全國雙擁模范城“十連冠”。
