近日，國(guó)泰航空乘務(wù)員誤將酒水當(dāng)做飲用水提供給3歲孩子一事引發(fā)關(guān)注。 據(jù)南方都市報(bào)，5月7日，國(guó)泰航空企業(yè)事務(wù)部回應(yīng)稱，航班抵達(dá)后有關(guān)乘客及家人已如常離開(kāi)，國(guó)泰航空立即啟動(dòng)了內(nèi)部調(diào)查并已提出補(bǔ)償方案，后續(xù)會(huì)繼續(xù)向該乘客及家人提供適切的支援，并對(duì)此事的發(fā)生深表歉意。
