每經AI快訊，5月10日，據浦東發布消息，近日，小米汽車與外高橋集團下屬新發展公司簽訂物業租賃合同，將在外高橋新展城Xin Park三期園區設立小米汽車旗艦中心。項目建筑面積超15000平方米，集小米全系在售車型展示、試乘試駕、車輛交付、售后維修、直營鈑噴等功能于一體，是目前上海最大的小米汽車旗艦中心，也是小米汽車在浦東的第一個交付中心，計劃于2025年10月正式營業。
