- 首先把水融化酵母,然后加入全麥粉混合均勻
- 接著蓋上保鮮膜冷藏發酵8-12小時
- 全麥種做好之后,把除果干之外的全部原料加入廚師機
- 開快速攪拌出厚膜狀態
- 然后加入果干慢速混合均勻
- 面團比較硬的話可以拿出來手揉一下,把果干疊進去
- 揉好之后30度發酵90分鐘左右
- 發酵好準備一塊發酵布,上面撒粉或在臺面上撒粉
- 把面團倒出來拍扁鋪平,面團厚度大約1厘米到1.5厘米
- 把面團其中一半涂抹上奶酪
- 對折疊過來,另一端切斷
- 然后切成寬1厘米左右的長條
- 全部切好之后多撒些粉防止粘連,然后再稍微搓一搓
- 把有奶酪的一面朝上放發酵布上
- 蓋上發酵布室溫(25-30度)發酵半小時左右
- 發酵好轉移到烤盤上
- 上溫210下溫200,入爐噴蒸汽,烤20分鐘左右
