星星面包的做法
- 先做餡料,餡料部分的材料放入不粘鍋中,小火加熱,熬至粘稠狀
- 晾涼后放入裱花袋中備用
- 面團部分除黃油外,放入廚師機攪拌
- 揉出粗膜后加黃油
- 揉出手套膜
- 29度發酵
- 發酵好后平均分4份,靜置15分鐘
- 搟開放入模具中,中間薄周邊厚。35度二次發酵
- 發酵好后,中間按壓一下,再擠入餡料
- 蓋上黃桃
- 烤箱提前預熱,180度,17分鐘左右
