進入夏季，來哈避暑游玩的南方游客持續增多。
為迎接游客們的到來，中央大街裝飾一新，干凈整潔。
街道兩側種上了矮牽牛、海棠花、穗花、菊花等十余種綠化花卉，花團錦簇，五彩繽紛。
