關(guān)于擬給予退學(xué)處理的公告

劉**同學(xué)：

清華大學(xué)擬對您作出予以退學(xué)處理，由于難于聯(lián)系到您，無法直接送達(dá)本通知，特予公告送達(dá)。自本公告發(fā)出之日起，滿十個工作日，即視為送達(dá)。公告內(nèi)容如下：

劉**，男，人文學(xué)院歷史系2013級博士研究生，學(xué)號2013380086。

劉**自2020-2021學(xué)年秋季學(xué)期始在未向?qū)W校履行任何請假手續(xù)的情況下，逾期兩周未注冊。根據(jù)《清華大學(xué)研究生學(xué)籍管理規(guī)定》（清校發(fā)〔2019〕49號）第三十二條第（8）項的規(guī)定，擬予以劉**同學(xué)退學(xué)處理。

劉**對此處理意見如有異議，可以在擬處理意見書送達(dá)之日起5個工作日內(nèi)，向本院系研究生管理部門提出書面申辯。

書面申辯材料可發(fā)送至電子郵箱rwxyyjsb@mailoa.tsinghua.edu.cn或送交至人文樓314房間。

Tsinghua University intends to withdraw you from the University. Due to difficulty in contacting you and delivering the notice, we make an announcement as follows，which shall be deemed to have been served ten working days from the date of issuance of this announcement.

KELLEY**, Male，Doctoral student, ID:2013380086, Dept. of History，School of Humanities.

KELLEY** has failed to complete the registration procedure within two weeks of the prescribed time without applying for leave since the fall semester of 2020-2021 Academic Year. According to Subparagraph 8 of Article 32 ofRegulations on Postgraduate Student Status Management of Tsinghua University, he will be withdrawn from the University.

If there are any objections, KELLEY** can submit a written defense to the postgraduate management office of the school within 5 working days of the receipt of this notice.

The written defense materials can be sent to email address rwxyyjsb@mailoa.tsinghua.edu.cn or delivered to Room 314，Building of Humanities.
