6月6日，由中鐵十七局承建的渝萬高鐵平頂丘隧道提前152天順利貫通，這是渝萬高鐵全線首座貫通的8公里以上隧道，標志著渝萬高鐵建設取得突破性進展，為后續無砟道床施工和鋪軌作業奠定了堅實基礎。
