It is funded by Xiuwu County Meishang Cultural Tourism Investment Co., Ltd. and designed and operated by Yinyuxiangli. It is an important part of the Dananpo Aesthetic Industry cluster. Guided by aesthetic economy and based on cultural revival, Dananpo has expanded and extended resources such as the mountain village's features, local customs, and historical culture, developing core products like rural homestays, rural delicacies, and cultural creativity, and is committed to creating a model of rural aesthetics. At present, the space facilities that have been built and are in operation in Dananpo include Dananpo Art Center, Bishan Trade Cooperative, Fangsuo Village Cultural Bookstore, Localand Local Restaurant, etc. The Xiaozhulin Boutique homestay, relying on accommodation, introduces urban traffic to the Dananpo area, thereby forming a core cluster for the comprehensive development of homestays and village economy.

The Xiaozhulin Boutique Homestay was transformed from the old houses of local villagers. During the renovation process, not only the appearance of the old house and the traditional courtyard layout were retained, but also elements such as artistic red brick walls, floor-to-ceiling glass Windows, rooftop terraces, and glass tea rooms were integrated. A simple and serene atmosphere runs through the interior of the homestay. It is scattered among the residential buildings and blends harmoniously with the villagers' houses. Each courtyard of this homestay is named after a representative figure of the "Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove" during the Wei and Jin Dynasties, namely Ji Kang Courtyard, Xiang Xiu Courtyard, Ruan Xian Courtyard, Shan Tao Courtyard and Ruan Ji Courtyard. This naming method echoes the rich historical and cultural background of the "Seven Sages of the Bamboo Grove" in Xiuwu County. Xiaozhulin Boutique Homestay is dedicated to creating a secluded "Xiaozhulin" where both body and mind can rest for all those who love the countryside, are passionate about rural aesthetics, and are involved in rural development.
二、空間美學(xué)
RESIDENTIAL DESIGN
建筑形態(tài)的坡屋頂與懸挑結(jié)構(gòu):借鑒傳統(tǒng)民居的坡屋頂形式,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代鋼結(jié)構(gòu)懸挑,形成輕盈的視覺效果,運(yùn)用框景手法,大面積落地窗與鏤空磚墻,將竹林景觀引入室內(nèi),實(shí)現(xiàn)“借景”效果。禪意茶室的低矮家具、宣紙燈飾,營(yíng)造靜謐氛圍,搭配露天庭院:下沉式火塘、竹編遮陽(yáng)棚,適合夜間圍爐夜話;空間的光影與氛圍營(yíng)造自然采光,天窗、格柵屏風(fēng)引入斑駁竹影,隨時(shí)間變化形成動(dòng)態(tài)光影效果,采用暖色系隱藏式燈帶,避免強(qiáng)光破壞自然氛圍。

By using the framing technique, large floor-to-ceiling Windows and hollowed-out brick walls, the bamboo forest landscape is brought into the interior, achieving a "borrowing scenery" effect. The low furniture and Xuan paper lighting fixtures in the Zen-style tea room create a serene atmosphere. Paired with the open-air courtyard: sunken fire pit and bamboo woven sunshade, it is perfect for chatting around the stove at night. The light and shadow and atmosphere in the space create natural lighting. Skylights and grille screens introduce mottled bamboo shadows, which form dynamic light and shadow effects over time. Warm-toned hidden light strips are used to prevent strong light from spoiling the natural atmosphere.
竹材作為核心材料,用于外墻裝飾、家具、燈具,突出在地性;部分墻面采用本土夯土工藝,調(diào)節(jié)室內(nèi)濕度,增強(qiáng)生態(tài)性?;厥绽夏静牧?,利用舊房梁、船木打造家具,賦予空間歷史感。石材的恰當(dāng)植入,使用當(dāng)?shù)厍嗍逵糜阡伒?,與自然環(huán)境渾然一體。
Bamboo, as the core material, is used for exterior wall decoration, furniture and lighting fixtures, highlighting its local characteristics. Some of the walls are made with local rammed earth technology to regulate the indoor humidity and enhance the ecological nature. Recycle old wood materials and use old beams and ship wood to create furniture, endowing the space with a sense of history. The proper implantation of stone materials and the use of local bluestone slabs for paving the ground blend seamlessly with the natural environment.
