據中央氣象臺消息，今年第1號臺風“蝴蝶”已于6月11日上午8時在南海中西部海面生成，根據目前的臺風路徑預報，“蝴蝶”有可能會成為今年登陸我國的首個臺風。
從中央氣象臺歷史統計來看，我國歷年1號臺風平均生成日期為3月25日，今年已晚兩個多月，原因何在？
