在粵港澳大灣區(qū)加速融合發(fā)展的背景下，2024年4月16日，香港城市大學(xué)（東莞）經(jīng)教育部批準(zhǔn)正式成立，成為第四所具有獨立法人資格的內(nèi)地與香港合作辦學(xué)機構(gòu)。

The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has been accelerating its integrated development. In this context, on April 16, 2024, the Ministry of Education officially approved the establishment of City University of Hong Kong (Dongguan), the fourth collaborative educational venture between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, with an independent legal identity.

港城大（東莞）選址于松山湖科學(xué)城。這里也是大灣區(qū)綜合性國家科學(xué)中心先行啟動區(qū)，匯聚了華為、中國散裂中子源等眾多高新技術(shù)企業(yè)與科研機構(gòu)，形成了以新一代信息技術(shù)、高端裝備制造為主導(dǎo)的現(xiàn)代化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，為產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同發(fā)展搭建了天然平臺。

Utilizing the innovative resources of City University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong (Dongguan) undertakes the mission of deepening education cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong. It will also become a new driver for the industrial transformation in Dongguan, injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of the Greater Bay Area.

教研合一兩校一質(zhì)創(chuàng)新無限

在2025年QS世界大學(xué)排名中，香港城市大學(xué)位列全球第62名，同時也是亞洲第10名，香港第3名。此外，該校在2024年和2025年連續(xù)兩年被泰晤士高等教育（THE）評為 “全球最國際化大學(xué)”。

港城大（東莞）副校長李娟表示，“兩校一質(zhì)”即港城莞與港城大的教學(xué)質(zhì)量和學(xué)術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)保持一致，這是兩校關(guān)聯(lián)的核心所在。

成立一年多以來，港城莞80％的師資力量來自港城大，并按照港城大的學(xué)術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)聘請全球精英。港城莞的所有課程均采用英語教授，符合學(xué)位授予資格的港城莞畢業(yè)生將同時獲得港城大的學(xué)位。

Since the university was established over a year ago, 80 percent of its faculty are from CityUHK, while it recruits talents worldwide in accordance with CityUHK's academic standards. All courses at CityUHK (DG) are delivered in English, and graduates who meet the degree-granting requirements at CityUHK (DG) will receive a degree from CityUHK.

此外，李娟強調(diào)說，港城莞注重教學(xué)的啟發(fā)性、互動性與創(chuàng)新性，通過學(xué)業(yè)成績、語言能力、國際視野、實踐活動、社區(qū)參與等多維度培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的就業(yè)力，幫助學(xué)生為未來的職業(yè)發(fā)展做好準(zhǔn)備。

聚焦前沿科技以興趣錨定未來

港城大（東莞）目前開設(shè)有計算機科學(xué)與技術(shù)、智能制造工程、材料科學(xué)與工程、能源與動力工程四大本科專業(yè)，和電腦科學(xué)、電子資訊工程學(xué)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程、材料工程及納米科技、工程管理學(xué)、商務(wù)資訊系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)7個研究生專業(yè)，旨在響應(yīng)國家“新工科”教育改革與大灣區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級需求。

CityUHK(DG) currently offers four undergraduate programs including computer science and technology, intelligent manufacturing engineering, materials science and engineering, and energy and power engineering, as well as seven graduate programs including computer science, electronic information engineering, biomedical engineering, materials engineering and nanotechnology, engineering management, business information systems, and data science. These programs are designed to respond to the country's "new engineering discipline" education reform and the industrial upgrade of the Greater Bay Area.

以智能制造工程為例，該專業(yè)融合了智能制造系統(tǒng)、創(chuàng)新工藝設(shè)計與自動化、先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)、系統(tǒng)建模與優(yōu)化以及質(zhì)量與可靠性工程等核心領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)知識與技能。作為跨學(xué)科項目，其目標(biāo)在于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運用前沿工程知識、計算技術(shù)、實驗方法和分析手段，幫助技術(shù)型企業(yè)及組織進(jìn)行規(guī)劃、設(shè)計和優(yōu)化。

計算機科學(xué)與技術(shù)專業(yè)則注重計算機科學(xué)理論、實踐開發(fā)能力和軟件工程管理知識體系的有機結(jié)合。在夯實專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)的同時，學(xué)生可選擇人工智能、數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)、信息安全、多媒體計算、軟件工程或項目管理等方向進(jìn)行深入學(xué)習(xí)。

值得一提的是，與傳統(tǒng)高校入學(xué)即定專業(yè)的模式不同，港城大（東莞）采用“大類培養(yǎng)+靈活轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)”模式。

學(xué)生在大一期間可以通過通識課程、跨學(xué)科講座及實踐項目了解各專業(yè)的核心內(nèi)容與發(fā)展前景，根據(jù)自身興趣，綜合考量選擇專業(yè)。在第二學(xué)年兩學(xué)期的期末考試成績發(fā)布后，學(xué)校還將提供兩次調(diào)整專業(yè)方向的機會。這種機制下，學(xué)生將獲得更彈性的發(fā)展空間，真正實現(xiàn)“以興趣錨定未來”。

科研創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動 賦能職業(yè)發(fā)展

學(xué)術(shù)研究之外，港城大（東莞）更注重產(chǎn)學(xué)研的深度融合。學(xué)校已與包括松山湖材料實驗室、中國散裂中子源、中國移動、華為、蘋果在內(nèi)的約30家科研機構(gòu)和企業(yè)建立了合作關(guān)系。

In addition to academic research, CityUHK (DG) places a strong emphasis on the deep integration of industry, acedemia and research. It has established partnerships with about 30 research institutions and companies, including the Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory, the China Spallation Neutron Source, China Mobile and Apple.

這種緊密的校企聯(lián)動機制，為學(xué)生搭建了高水平實踐平臺，讓他們能夠在真實的產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境中錘煉專業(yè)技能。同時，受益于香港特區(qū)政府政策，港城莞學(xué)生還可以申請香港的實習(xí)和工作機會。

Such a close collaboration between the university and enterprises provides students with high-level practical platforms, allowing them to hone their professional skills in a real industrial environment. Furthermore, benefiting from the policies of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government, students at CityUHK(DG) can apply for internship and job opportunities in Hong Kong.

為激發(fā)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新活力、鼓勵學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐，港城大推出了“HK Tech 300”創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)計劃，為優(yōu)秀項目提供高達(dá)百萬港元的天使投資和綜合服務(wù)。在去年9月舉辦的HK Tech 300全國創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)千萬大賽”第二屆頒獎典禮上，港城大（東莞）科技創(chuàng)新中心正式揭牌成立。中心將支持HK Tech 300的初創(chuàng)項目落地東莞，打造集創(chuàng)賽承辦、概念驗證、項目孵化于一體的莞港科創(chuàng)孵化平臺。

港城大（東莞）還在不斷拓展國際化人才培養(yǎng)渠道，為學(xué)生提供境外交流、交換和學(xué)習(xí)的機會。

在校學(xué)生目前可申請參與英國倫敦大學(xué)學(xué)院、荷蘭烏特勒支大學(xué)、美國舊金山州立大學(xué)、香港城市大學(xué)等學(xué)校的交流項目，通過體驗國際前沿的教學(xué)模式，提升專業(yè)素養(yǎng)，培養(yǎng)全球化視野，為未來的學(xué)術(shù)和職業(yè)發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。

Students now can apply to participate in exchange programs of University College London in the United Kingdom, Utrecht University in the Netherlands, San Francisco State University in the United States and CityUHK. By experiencing international advanced teaching models, students can enhance their professional competence, cultivate a global perspective, and lay a foundation for future academic and career development.
