Cortina 145 is located in a luxurious residential area in Rome, the capital of Italy. It is an apartment renovation project undertaken by primo atelier. The design aims to inject new life into the space by reactivating existing decorative elements, introducing new covering materials, customizing furniture design and selecting classic Italian design items. The entire project is based on neutral tones, cleverly combining the historical heaviness of Roman stone with the exquisite luster of modern metal, building an elegant dialogue bridge between timeless classics and contemporary aesthetics.

Cortina 145 位于意大利首都羅馬的一處奢華住宅區，是由 primo atelier 建筑事務所操刀的公寓改造項目。設計旨在通過重新激活既有裝飾元素、引入新型覆蓋材料、定制家具設計及甄選意大利經典設計單品，為空間注入新生。整個項目以中性色調為基底，巧妙融合羅馬石材的歷史厚重感與現代金屬的精致光澤，在永恒經典與當代美學之間構筑起優雅的對話橋梁。

The whole house is covered with herringbone natural oak flooring. The natural texture of the wood grain injects a warm tone into the space, and its light brown tone forms a soft contrast with the velvet warm white paint on the wall. The ceiling continues the same color paint, and the simple lines of the top corner line enhance the sense of depth of the space. The finishing touch of the wall decoration is the customized wall panel - part of the wall of the living room and bedroom is made of Roman travertine. The natural holes and texture on the surface of the stone become the visual memory point of the space, and it is matched with the dark cabinet of Canaletto walnut to form a material confrontation of "light and heavy" and "warm and cold".

全屋地面采用人字形天然橡木地板，木紋的天然肌理為空間注入溫暖基調，其淺棕色調與墻面的天鵝絨暖白涂料形成柔和對比。天花板延續同色系涂料，通過頂角線的簡潔線條提升空間縱深感。墻面裝飾的點睛之筆在于定制護墻板—— 客廳與臥室的部分墻面采用羅馬洞石（Travertine）打造，石材表面的天然孔洞與紋理成為空間的視覺記憶點，搭配 Canaletto 胡桃木的深色柜體，形成 “輕與重”“暖與冷” 的材質對仗。

Bronze metal lines are embedded in the wall panels and custom bookcases, extending from the baseboards to the cabinet handles, as if inlaying the space with delicate gold edges. The mirror frame at the end of the corridor is also made of metal of the same color, which expands the visual scale of the space through reflection, while forming a material collision with stone and wood. The subtle reflective effect adds a sense of breath to the neutral space.

護墻板與定制書柜中嵌入青銅色金屬線條，從踢腳線延伸至柜體把手，如同為空間鑲上細膩的金邊。走廊盡頭的鏡面邊框亦采用同色系金屬材質，通過反射擴大空間視覺尺度，同時與石材、木材形成材質碰撞，微妙的反光效果為中性空間增添呼吸感。

From the living room to the bedroom, the customized cabinet system has become the core element that connects all spaces. The TV background wall in the living room is made of travertine and walnut. The hollow area in the middle is embedded with a hidden TV, and the open shelves on both sides display art ornaments and books. The bedroom wardrobe is mainly made of walnut, with bronze handles and glass cabinet doors. The built-in induction lighting system illuminates the clothing display as soon as the cabinet door is opened. The integrated design of the cabinet not only meets the storage needs, but also makes the cabinet become the "architectural background" of the space through the precise control of materials and proportions.

從客廳到臥室，定制柜體系統成為串聯各空間的核心元素?？蛷d電視背景墻采用洞石與胡桃木拼接柜體，中部鏤空區域嵌入隱藏式電視，兩側開放式格架陳列藝術擺件與書籍；臥室衣柜則以胡桃木為主體，搭配青銅色拉手與玻璃柜門，內置感應照明系統，打開柜門瞬間即照亮衣物陳列。柜體的一體化設計不僅滿足收納需求，更通過材質與比例的精準把控，使柜體成為空間的 “建筑化背景”。

The overall color scheme is beige, light brown, and dark brown, with low-saturation colors only in some places: the study curtains are made of smoky pink linen, which gently echoes the walnut desk; the bathroom walls are paved with light gray marble, matched with matte black hardware, revealing a sense of luxury in minimalism. This "less is more" color philosophy allows the space to focus on the texture of the material itself and the aesthetics of the furniture.

整體以米白、淺棕、深褐為主色調，僅在局部注入低飽和度色彩：書房窗簾選用煙粉色亞麻布料，與胡桃木書桌形成溫柔呼應；衛浴間墻面鋪設淺灰大理石，搭配啞光黑色五金件，極簡中透露出高級感。這種 “less is more” 的用色哲學，讓空間焦點集中于材質本身的質感與家具的造型美學。

The public area adopts a no-main-light design, with ceiling-embedded spotlights and magnetic track lights. The color temperature and angle can be adjusted through the intelligent system: 4000K white light highlights the details of stone and wood during the day, and switches to 2700K warm light at night to create a gathering atmosphere. The bedroom bedside is equipped with an adjustable reading light, and the angle and brightness of the lampshade can be manually controlled to meet the lighting needs of different scenes. The bathroom mirror cabinet has built-in anti-fog lighting to prevent the mirror from blurring and affecting use during bathing.

公共區域采用無主燈設計，天花嵌入式射燈搭配磁吸軌道燈，可通過智能系統調節色溫與角度：日間以 4000K 白光突出石材與木材的細節，夜間切換為 2700K 暖光營造聚會氛圍。臥室床頭設置可調節閱讀燈，燈罩角度與亮度均可手動控制，滿足不同場景的照明需求。衛浴間鏡柜內置防霧照明，避免沐浴時鏡面模糊影響使用。

The renovation of Cortina 145 is not a reproduction of history, but a reinterpretation of classics with modern design language. The designer retains the structural rhythm of the original building (such as herringbone floors and wainscoting) and introduces the iconic elements of Italian design to create a residential model in the ancient streets of Rome that meets the needs of contemporary life and is full of cultural memory. There are no piled-up luxury symbols here, but with the touch of materials, the lines of furniture, and the changes of light and shadow, a "eternal home" that can withstand the test of time is constructed - just as the core concept of Italian design: luxury is hidden in the details, and classics come from restraint.

Cortina 145 的改造并非對歷史的復刻，而是以現代設計語言重新詮釋經典。設計師通過保留原有建筑的結構韻律（如人字形地板、護墻板形制），并引入意大利設計的標志性元素，在羅馬的古老街巷中打造出一處既符合當代生活需求、又充滿文化記憶的居住范本。這里沒有堆砌的奢華符號，而是以材質的觸感、家具的線條、光影的變化，構建起一個經得起時間推敲的 “永恒之家”—— 正如意大利設計的核心理念：奢華藏于細節，經典源于克制。
