近日，“鋼子—叔叔葬禮”話題引發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)熱議。面對網(wǎng)友關(guān)注，善行團(tuán)發(fā)起人、中國華僑公益基金會善行團(tuán)公益基金創(chuàng)始人劉興鋼低調(diào)回應(yīng)：無意因家庭事務(wù)占用公眾資源，更希望大家關(guān)注公益事業(yè)。

從一個(gè)人的義舉到一群人的善行

劉興鋼的公益之路由來已久，早在2000年回國后，在大病救助、助老助學(xué)等領(lǐng)域頻頻捐款，始終堅(jiān)持匿名，且從不見被救助人。在投身慈善事業(yè)十多年后，2012年首次嘗試使用微博，發(fā)現(xiàn)有一名山東農(nóng)村2歲的先天性心臟病患兒家長在求助，于是捐款14814元，為患兒補(bǔ)齊了手術(shù)費(fèi)用。由此開始，劉興鋼以“鋼子”為網(wǎng)名開啟了他的網(wǎng)絡(luò)公益之路。捐贈金額每年少則三五百萬元，多則過千萬元。因?yàn)檫@些善舉，鋼子成為廣大網(wǎng)友口中的“傻捐者”“補(bǔ)齊哥”“網(wǎng)絡(luò)首善”，多次入選中國慈善榜，先后獲得“全國十大慈善家”“最具變革精神公益領(lǐng)袖獎(jiǎng)”“婦女兒童獎(jiǎng)”“愛心獎(jiǎng)”等慈善大獎(jiǎng)。

隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)加持下的公益行業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展，劉興鋼提出了“慈善純公益”理念，倡導(dǎo)以“壹起捐”方式，每人每天捐一元錢去幫助需要幫助的人，用不影響生活的一元錢溫暖更多亟需幫助的人，得到了網(wǎng)友們的熱烈響應(yīng)。

2013年，劉興鋼發(fā)起成立善行團(tuán)，并于2016年在中國華僑公益基金會設(shè)立“善行團(tuán)公益基金”，善行團(tuán)走上規(guī)范專業(yè)的發(fā)展道路?！颁摻z小天使計(jì)劃”“愛心萬里行”“世界公益行”“團(tuán)爸團(tuán)媽計(jì)劃”……十多年來，善行團(tuán)開展了多項(xiàng)公益活動，持續(xù)助力慈善公益事業(yè)發(fā)展。

創(chuàng)建之初，善行團(tuán)就定下三條鐵律，有力保障了團(tuán)隊(duì)健康發(fā)展：其一，善行團(tuán)永不設(shè)自己的募捐賬戶，僅作為捐贈組織，不直接向公眾募捐，從源頭上規(guī)避信任風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；其二，絕不經(jīng)手救助款使用，款項(xiàng)全由第三方托管，確保流向透明公開；其三，善行團(tuán)杜絕個(gè)人行為，一切以團(tuán)體行動為準(zhǔn)。截至目前，善行團(tuán)注冊會員也超過50萬人，成為一個(gè)具有廣泛影響力的公益團(tuán)體。

捐贈鉬礦股權(quán)探索股權(quán)慈善新模式

2024年11月，劉興鋼在善行團(tuán)管委會換屆會議上公布新的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略（資料圖）。

長期以來，劉興鋼一直以“鋼子”網(wǎng)名面向公眾，成為神秘低調(diào)的“網(wǎng)絡(luò)首富”。直到2024年7月，一則財(cái)經(jīng)方面的消息曝光“鋼子”的真實(shí)身份。中國冶金科工股份有限公司發(fā)布2024年1-6月新簽合同情況簡報(bào)顯示，該公司6月份簽訂了多筆單筆合同額超過10億元的合同。其中金額最大的一筆為大石河鉬礦整體管理項(xiàng)目承包合同，金額高達(dá)126.1億元。大石河鉬礦區(qū)采礦權(quán)人為吉林省金山投資有限公司。通過企查查獲知，該公司實(shí)控人即劉興鋼。

2024年底，劉興鋼透露正在計(jì)劃將把包括大石河鉬礦區(qū)在內(nèi)的家族資產(chǎn)打包成立家族信托，為善行團(tuán)發(fā)展提供永續(xù)善緣資本，并將價(jià)值千億的大石河鉬礦部分股權(quán)無償贈予善行團(tuán)核心成員及優(yōu)秀志愿者。目前，首批占比7%的鉬礦股權(quán)已完成贈予及工商登記，后續(xù)還將繼續(xù)向善行團(tuán)成員贈予。

“更希望大家關(guān)注公益事業(yè)”

4月初，劉興鋼三叔去世，他發(fā)文悼念?！拔易呱瞎孢@條路，離不開家人的幫襯。三叔的兒子劉志斌從十幾歲就跟著我做公益，多次前往救災(zāi)一線，善行團(tuán)很多志愿者及合作伙伴都知道他。三叔去世后，大家自發(fā)前往吉林樺甸市悼念，送三叔最后一程。”劉興鋼說，“但是，誰也沒想到會引發(fā)這么大關(guān)注?！?/p>

送葬當(dāng)日，善行團(tuán)會員自發(fā)由多省開車前往，部分路程太遠(yuǎn)的合作伙伴在吉林、哈爾濱、沈陽等地租車前往樺甸，來車不乏勞斯萊斯、庫里南等高端車型，被熱心網(wǎng)友拍成視頻上傳網(wǎng)絡(luò)后，引起高度關(guān)注，頻頻登上社交媒體熱搜?！罢麄€(gè)過程簡短，一小時(shí)內(nèi)結(jié)束，車輛在指定區(qū)域有序停放，未影響交通及居民生活?！眲⑴d鋼回應(yīng)說，無意因家庭事務(wù)占用公眾資源，更希望大家關(guān)注公益事業(yè)。
