過去兩年間，新西蘭豪華房地產購買活動呈現爆發式增長。
自2022年以來，全國232筆$1000萬紐幣及以上頂級住宅交易中，近半數發生在這一時期，而當時其他房地產市場正逐漸降溫。
OneRoof對這10筆最大交易（總價值超過$3億）進行了分析。
這些交易反映了高端市場的縮影，也 反映了 新西蘭1%精英階層的居住方式。
