食材準備:
主角五花肉:精選肥瘦相間的五花肉500克。

烹飪步驟:

4.鍋中加入沒過肉塊的熱水,大火燒開后轉小火,蓋上鍋蓋燉煮45分鐘。小火慢燉,讓五花肉充分吸收湯汁,變得軟糯入味。
5.湯汁變濃稠,加入適量鹽調味,然后開大火收汁。收汁過程中不斷翻炒,讓醬汁均勻裹在肉塊上,直到湯汁濃稠透亮,即可關火。
6.色澤紅亮的紅燒肉盛出,裝盤,撒上少許蔥花點綴,一碗軟糯不膩、香氣四溢的家常紅燒肉就做好了。
