它原版有四個顏色和味道，我做的時候還原了兩種顏色和內(nèi)餡，顏色其實(shí)蠻簡單的，用不同的調(diào)味粉調(diào)整油酥就好。
主要是內(nèi)餡大不相同，一個是牛奶椰蓉餡，一個是藍(lán)莓芝士餡。
椰蓉本身很吸水分，烘烤的時候也容易變干，大家前期做內(nèi)餡的時候，可以根據(jù)喜好調(diào)整液體量，割造型也不要太深，免得皮炸開太過影響內(nèi)餡口感。
