近日，上海海警局成功破獲首起公海故意殺人案件。船員高某因瑣事與同事譚某發生沖突，用水果刀將譚某刺傷致死。接報后，上海海警局第一時間與船長聯系，固定證據，協同多部門上船開展現場偵查。目前，犯罪嫌疑人高某因故意殺人罪已被逮捕。
