6月24日，濟(jì)南住房公積金中心下發(fā)《關(guān)于支持繳存人購(gòu)買(mǎi)保障性住房的通知》，明確提出：住房公積金繳存人購(gòu)買(mǎi)保障性住房的，可提取個(gè)人賬戶住房公積金支付購(gòu)房首付款，同時(shí)可按規(guī)定申請(qǐng)使用住房公積金貸款，最低首付款比例為15%。該通知自下發(fā)之日起執(zhí)行。
