第二道:鑊氣十足的黃瓜炒肉
豬里脊肉洗凈擦干,切成薄片。肉片加半勺料酒,1勺生抽,半勺淀粉,抓勻,腌個10分鐘。
2個黃瓜洗凈,斜刀切成薄薄的片。鍋燒熱,放1勺豬油化開。
鍋中下腌好的肉片,快速滑炒到變色,立刻盛出備用。別炒老!
