今日，外交部發言人毛寧主持例行記者會。有記者提問，美國總統特朗普7日表示，將從8月1日起分別對來自日本、韓國等14個國家的進口產品征收25%至40%不等的關稅。外交部發言人毛寧表示，在關稅問題上，中方的立場是一貫的，也是非常明確的，關稅戰、貿易戰沒有贏家，搞保護主義損害各方利益。
