最絕的是那鍋薏米蓮子銀耳羹。小張把薏米干炒到微黃,蓮子去芯,和丑耳一塊兒丟進養(yǎng)生壺。熬煮時銀耳膠質把湯水染得晶瑩剔透,冷藏后舀一勺顫巍巍的像果凍。有回同事來家做客,連喝三碗還不過癮:"你這比奶茶店二十多的飲品還帶勁!"其實小張心里門清,炒過的薏米去了寒性,配上蓮子的清火功效,比那些花里胡哨的冷飲實在多了。
入伏那天,小張把三樣看家飲品擺滿一桌。婆婆從老家打來視頻,看見孫子抱著綠豆沙牛乳喝得歡實,笑得見牙不見眼:"還是你會調理,你爹當年要是有這口福,也不至于三伏天總長痱子。"小張瞥見老公正偷喝海帶湯,突然想起什么,翻出手機查了查——綠豆里的牡荊素能解酒,難怪他應酬回來總惦記這口。
冰箱里的綠豆湯換著花樣輪值,小張梳頭時發(fā)現掉發(fā)少了,鏡子里的臉也清透起來。有回買菜遇見樓下王醫(yī)生,對方盯著她臉色直夸:"最近氣色可以啊,用的什么護膚品?"小張晃了晃塑料袋里的綠豆,兩人笑作一團。這土法子比什么貴婦面霜都管用,老祖宗留下的智慧,還真不是瞎掰。
