一、發現癥狀：別慌，先觀察

貓咪長癬初期可能只是局部掉毛，皮膚微微發紅，但隨著病情發展，會變成圓形禿斑，覆蓋白色皮屑，甚至蔓延到全身。這時候貓咪會頻繁抓撓或蹭癢，嚴重時皮膚還會結痂變硬。如果發現這些跡象，可以用伍德氏燈照射患處，出現蘋果綠熒光基本能確認是貓癬。

二、基礎處理：剃毛+清潔

治療貓癬第一步是局部剃毛。剃掉患處及周圍毛發能讓藥物更好滲透，同時減少真菌擴散。操作時記得戴手套，剃完后用家用除菌劑噴灑毛發再丟棄，避免污染環境。剃完毛后，用溫水或生理鹽水輕柔擦拭患處，清理皮屑和結痂，最后涂碘伏消毒。

三、外用藥：選對成分很關鍵

外用藥物推薦含特比萘芬、伊曲康唑或酮康唑成分的噴劑或軟膏，每天早晚各涂一次，范圍要覆蓋癬斑周圍2-3厘米。例如佩滿康噴劑方便操作，銘瑞寧植物成分溫和，適合怕舔舐的貓咪。涂藥后必須給貓咪戴伊麗莎白圈，防止舔舐影響效果。

四、藥浴輔助：中藥浴或抗真菌洗劑

對于面積較大的癬斑，可以配合藥浴。中藥浴如參膚康浴液每周一次，既能殺菌又能舒緩皮膚。如果是犬小孢子菌感染，可用含硫磺或酮康唑的寵物專用香波，洗澡時水溫控制在38℃左右，泡沫停留5-10分鐘再沖洗。

五、口服藥：嚴重感染才考慮

如果貓咪癬斑擴散快或反復發作，可能需要口服抗真菌藥，如伊曲康唑或灰黃霉素。但這類藥物對肝腎有副作用，用藥期間需定期檢查，并搭配護肝片。

六、環境消毒：斷絕傳染源

貓癬的孢子能在環境中存活一年以上，所以家里必須徹底消毒。用稀釋的漂白水（1:32）或寵物專用消毒劑浸泡貓咪的玩具、食盆，暴曬貓窩和地毯，吸塵器用完后立即清理塵袋。

七、增強體質：營養和陽光是關鍵

貓咪抵抗力差是貓癬反復的重要原因。日常喂食要補充維生素B、魚油和不飽和脂肪酸，比如每天喂一粒復合維生素B溶液，或在貓糧里加魚油提升毛發質量。同時讓貓咪多曬太陽，紫外線能抑制真菌生長。
