6月30日-7月11日，浙江大學管理學院2025年SDG全球暑期學校在浙大紫金港校區舉行。聚焦“可持續生產與消費Sustainable Production and Consumption”主題，本屆暑期學校吸引了來自倫敦大學學院、清華大學、香港科技大學、澳門大學、延世大學、梨花女子大學、印度尼西亞萬隆天主教大學、浙江大學等國內外高校的26名學生參加。

通過理論學習、實地調研與企業參訪，學員們與授課教師、業內人士等展開深入交流與探討，圍繞聯合國可持續發展目標（Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs）及其在全球范圍內的實踐應用展開學習與思考。

黃燦教授代表學院致辭。他表示，管理學院始終致力于推行“創新驅動的創業教育”，近年來通過探索管理學科與工程、科學、技術的交叉融合，服務國家經濟社會的可持續發展，開展了多項與可持續發展相關的科學研究與合作。他希望，學員們能通過此次學習，全面深入了解全球可持續發展目標與路徑，在未來將所學知識應用于實踐，為解決全球性挑戰貢獻力量與智慧。

課程深耕：多元模塊構建可持續發展知識體系

Global Summer School

Wim Coreynen博士詳細介紹了課程的學習目標、核心內容與教學安排。據悉，本次暑校項目的核心課程涵蓋可持續創新與戰略融合、金融賦能與消費行為、文化傳承與可持續啟示三大主題，旨在幫助學生系統了解當前全球可持續發展現狀及關鍵領域。

可持續創新與戰略融合

可持續商業模式創新設計

在這門貫穿項目的特色課程中，Wim Coreynen博士以獨特的教學方式，帶領學員開啟了一段啟迪之旅。他巧妙運用NEAT框架（Nested Embedded Analytical Template），引導學員們逐步理解商業模式的重構過程。在輕松互動的課堂氛圍中，他鼓勵大家用全新的視角思考“如何平衡經濟效益與社會環境價值”這一可持續發展問題，并找到切實可行的解決方案。

數字時代“雙重轉型”的機遇與挑戰

浙江大學管理學院創新創業與戰略學系副教授金珺以簡單易懂的方式，帶領學員們探索數字化時代下“綠色轉型”與“數字轉型”的奧秘。她不僅生動詮釋了這兩種轉型的內涵，還娓娓道來兩者如何共同推動可持續發展目標的實現。

通過深入淺出的講解，她幫助學員們理解轉型過程中的關鍵因素，讓他們對"綠色+數字"的融合發展有了更深刻的認識，也體會到企業在追求技術進步的同時守護生態環境的重要意義。

可持續發展與戰略管理的融合

新加坡國立大學商學院副院長Andrew Karl Delios通過營造生動有趣的課堂討論和互動交流，讓不同觀點在這里碰撞出智慧的火花。在他的悉心引導下，學員們自然而然地建立起理論與實踐之間的橋梁，在輕松愉快的對話討論中，加深了對可持續戰略本質的理解。

商業模式創新

浙江大學管理學院郭斌教授以 “嵌套嵌入式分析模板”（NEAT） 框架為核心，解析商業模式創新的本質。課程通過案例拆解商業模式核心要素，探討其如何重塑競爭格局。學員們學習了從價值創造到盈利模式的創新邏輯，理解了如何在商業實踐中融入可持續理念，構建兼具競爭力與環境社會價值的商業模式。

金融賦能與消費行為

可持續生產與消費

浙江大學管理學院長聘副教授孫怡夏圍繞“可持續選擇心理學”“綠色營銷與消費”“可持續決策中的行為經濟學” 三大模塊，深入剖析了消費者心理與決策在可持續領域的作用，生動展現了推動綠色消費發生的心理密碼，幫助學員們掌握如何巧妙運用行為經濟學和心理學的魔杖，助推更可持續的生產與消費行為。

綠色金融

中國人民銀行金融研究所研究總監錢美君教授帶領學員們展開了一段關于金融與可持續發展的溫暖對話。在一個個詳實而又鮮活的案例中，學員們感受到了金融工具在推動可持續發展中的獨特魅力，領悟到金融創新對實現可持續發展目標的重要意義。

循環經濟

通過循環經濟在商業模式與供應鏈中的實踐，浙江大學管理學院助理教授Steven Day揭開了這一被國際社會廣泛認可的可持續發展模式的神秘面紗。他將企業在實施循環經濟時遇到的挑戰轉化為生動有趣的案例，在分析與探討中與學員們一同找到解決方案，幫助他們理解循環經濟的核心原則，從全新視角理解可持續生產與消費。

文化傳承與可持續啟示

在此次課程中，學員們還參觀了浙江大學藝術與考古博物館“中國歷代繪畫大系”元畫專題展，在藝術賞析中體悟“守正創新”。

通過近距離欣賞元代趙孟頫的革新筆墨、"元四家"的隱逸山水，以及鄭思肖象征氣節的"無根蘭"，讓學員們真切感受到元代畫家在動蕩年代用筆墨構筑的精神世界。展覽還通過數字技術，呈現元代朱墨套印技術實物，讓學員們體會到中國文化"守正創新"的永恒魅力。

實踐賦能：從田野到企業的可持續探索

Global Summer School

在管理學院旅游與酒店管理學系教授吳茂英的帶領下，學員們前往杭州臨安區湍口鎮實地感受鄉村振興中的可持續發展實踐。

通過參觀湍溪村醒山書院、中醫藥博物館和溫泉小鎮，學員們親身體驗了文旅融合在鄉村轉型中發揮的作用，并在學習溫泉小鎮發展模式的過程中感受了社會創業的實踐價值，將課堂上的理論學習轉化為直觀認知。

學員們還走進新能源企業西子潔能的“零碳工廠”，實地參觀智能化生產線，親眼目睹可持續生產在工業場景中的落地，深化對循環經濟與綠色制造的理解。
