秦歲明，女，生于1956年。1984年7月畢業(yè)于西安美術(shù)學(xué)院。陜西科技大學(xué)教授；碩士研究生導(dǎo)師。陜西省美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員。2017年被評為藝術(shù)學(xué)領(lǐng)域中國哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)最有影響力的學(xué)者。
