聯合國婦女署中國辦公室現招募一名National Legal Consultant。

在EVAW項目分析師的指導和監督下，顧問將負責監督項目中與反家暴司法服務相關的活動，包括對所有知識產品、培訓材料和社區拓展材料的法律審查，確保其符合國家及國際反家暴法律和規定的要求。顧問還將協助“一站式反家暴服務中心”的設計，確保其合規性和隱私性，并為法官、執法人員和社會工作者提供培訓和建議。此外，顧問將參與制定法律合規性指南，并編寫相關報告，總結項目的合規情況并提出建議，確保項目在實施過程中嚴格遵循相關法律和政策。

技能和經驗：

Education and certification：

• Master degree in Law or Juris Doctor with a focus on human rights, family law, or criminal justice.

• A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in legal consultancy, particularly in domestic violence or gender-responsive justice.

• Demonstrated experience with justice sector projects and designing survivor-centered services.

• Proven track record of reviewing and advising on legal documentation for non-profit or UN initiatives. Excellent analytical skills with strong drive for results and capacity to work independently.

• Excellent Chinese communication and writing skills;

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Chinese is required;

• Knowledge of the other UN official working languages is an asset;
