抗組胺藥+阿片類

在一項研究中，觀察到羥嗪和阿片類藥物可增加呼吸抑制風險[1]，但在另外兩項研究中未觀察到[2-3]。
美國羥嗪生產商警告稱，其可能增強哌替啶的作用[4]。可能需要減少劑量。預計所有鎮靜類抗組胺藥與阿片類藥物具有疊加的中樞神經系統（CNS）抑制作用。這可能導致鎮靜和呼吸抑制風險增加，因此同時使用兩種藥物時需要謹慎。
