根據TrendForce集邦咨詢最新調查，近期國際形勢變化已切實改變了存儲器供需方操作策略。TrendForce資深研究副總吳雅婷表示，由于買賣雙方急于完成交易、推動生產出貨，以應對未來市場不確定性，預期第二季存儲器市場的交易動能將隨之增強。

基于對未來國際形勢走向不明的擔憂，采購端普遍秉持“降低不確定因素、建立安全庫存”的策略，積極提高DRAM和NAND Flash的庫存水位。

TrendForce集邦咨詢表示，受到積極備貨潮帶動，第二季的DRAM和NAND Flash合約價調漲幅度皆較原本預期擴大。然而，這波漲勢的動能可能僅限于第二季，主要來自美系品牌和有出口需求的廠商，而后續國際形勢的走向，將成為下半年存儲器市場供需與價格變化的最重要觀察指標。
