- 雞翅對半砍開
- 加入15ml生抽
- 15ml料酒
- 一小勺鹽
- 5克黑胡椒
- 3勺蠔油15克,把所有調料抓勻
- 加入2勺淀粉,一點點食用油抓勻腌制30分鐘
- 油溫6成熱
