經典濃郁|乳酪芝士撻!的做法
- 首先準備好所需食材
先制作撻殼,盆中倒入冷藏黃油+糖粉+鹽+低筋面粉戴手套抓勻,搓成沙粒狀
- 放入蛋黃揉勻
- 包入油紙中,搟開比模具直徑大3cm
- 將撻皮蓋在模具中
- 插上適量的小孔
- 鋪上油紙,放入派石
- 送入預熱好的烤箱中,上下190度烘烤18分鐘
- 制作乳酪芝士餡,奶油奶酪隔熱水軟化加入細砂糖攪拌均勻
- 加入雞蛋和蛋黃攪拌均勻
