孟子曰：“不信仁賢，則國空虛；無禮義，則上下亂；無政事，則財用不足。”
譯 文
孟子說：“不信任仁人、賢者，國家的人才就會不足；沒有禮義，上下關系就會混亂；沒有好的政治措施，財用就會不足。”
