黑椒培根意面(附:自制黑胡椒醬做法)的做法
- 食材如圖。紅椒是不辣的菜椒。洋蔥建議用白洋蔥而不是紫洋蔥。
- 水燒開,加幾滴橄欖油和鹽,意面根據包裝上顯示時間,煮好后過涼水,瀝干備用。我這個是煮9-11分鐘。
- 培根切片,洋蔥青椒紅椒切絲。
- 調黑椒醬,家用不銹鋼餐勺,1勺約7ml。蒜末+半勺黑胡椒粉+1勺蠔油。
- 再調入半勺生抽、1勺老抽、2勺清水,攪勻。
- 平底鍋倒入少許油,小火將培根煎至焦黃盛出。
- 鍋內再倒一些橄欖油,小火炒香洋蔥。
- 放入青紅椒絲,轉中火炒至變軟。
- 倒入意面和調好的醬汁。
- 翻炒均勻,直到鍋底水分蒸干,盛出即可。
- 完成。我又撒了點芝士粉。
