口蘑雞腿肉的做法
- 雞腿肉切丁,加入生抽、鹽、胡椒粉、玉米淀粉抓勻,再倒入適量的食用油(防止粘連)抓勻備用。
- 口蘑去根切丁,青椒和胡蘿卜切片備用。
- 口蘑焯水一分鐘,撈出控干水分備用。
- 鍋內放油,油熱放入胡蘿卜煸斷生。
- 放入辣椒煸炒盛出備用。
- 鍋內放油,油熱下入雞丁滑熟,盛出備用。
- 鍋內留底油,下入口蘑煸炒,炒至口蘑微微上色。
- 加入蒜粒和蔥粒邊出香味
- 加入鹽翻炒均勻
- 加入雞丁、青椒、胡蘿卜,淋入料酒、生抽、蠔油,再加入白糖和雞精(可選),大火翻炒均勻。
