雷速體育5月14日訊 水晶宮俱樂部官方宣布，球隊將不再與今夏合同到期的隊長沃德續約，他將自由身離隊。
現年35歲的沃德于2012年從樸茨茅斯加盟水晶宮，共為球隊效力13個賽季，出場363場，高居隊史出場數第8。
本賽季沃德各項賽事僅代表水晶宮出場2次，最終他也決定不再與球隊續約，結束13年水晶宮生涯。
