為加強(qiáng)國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)交流與對(duì)話,構(gòu)建高質(zhì)量的基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科拔尖人才培養(yǎng)體系,為優(yōu)秀的研究生、高年級(jí)本科生和博士后提供一流的學(xué)術(shù)成長(zhǎng)平臺(tái),復(fù)旦大學(xué)化學(xué)系每年推出不同主題的國(guó)際暑期學(xué)校。2025年的暑期學(xué)校將以“有機(jī)化學(xué)與化學(xué)生物學(xué)”為主題,于7月2日至7月18日開(kāi)設(shè),通過(guò)前沿課程等豐富多彩的學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng),共同探索、體驗(yàn)有機(jī)化學(xué)與化學(xué)生物學(xué)的無(wú)窮魅力。







01

國(guó)際暑期學(xué)校簡(jiǎn)介


有機(jī)化學(xué)是現(xiàn)代科學(xué)的核心領(lǐng)域之一,它不僅解釋了分子結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的關(guān)系,更推動(dòng)了醫(yī)藥、材料、能源等行業(yè)的革命性發(fā)展。另一方面,化學(xué)生物學(xué)是化學(xué)與生物學(xué)的交叉學(xué)科,通過(guò)化學(xué)手段研究生命體系,揭示生物過(guò)程的分子機(jī)制,架構(gòu)起化學(xué)與生物學(xué)的橋梁。今年,復(fù)旦大學(xué)化學(xué)系的暑期學(xué)校以“有機(jī)化學(xué)與化學(xué)生物學(xué)”為主題,包含“有機(jī)合成化學(xué)”和“化學(xué)生物學(xué)”兩個(gè)重要課程模塊。

國(guó)際暑期學(xué)校將在2025年7月2日-7月18日復(fù)旦大學(xué)校內(nèi)開(kāi)辦,由復(fù)旦大學(xué)化學(xué)系主辦,邀請(qǐng)了沃爾夫獎(jiǎng)獲得者何川教授等十余位來(lái)自國(guó)內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)并享有國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)聲譽(yù)的專家學(xué)者,全英文集中講授有機(jī)合成化學(xué)與化學(xué)生物學(xué)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的前沿和熱點(diǎn),結(jié)合課堂講座與研討交流,傳授有機(jī)合成化學(xué)與化學(xué)生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)并介紹最前沿的研究進(jìn)展,為優(yōu)秀的研究生、高年級(jí)本科生和博士后提供一流的學(xué)術(shù)成長(zhǎng)平臺(tái)。暑期學(xué)校以基礎(chǔ)講座、前沿研討會(huì)等方式開(kāi)展。日程安排見(jiàn)本文第四部分。

國(guó)際暑期學(xué)校課程介紹

有機(jī)合成化學(xué)

有機(jī)合成化學(xué)作為自然科學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)研究領(lǐng)域之一,其本質(zhì)是研究化學(xué)鍵的活化、斷裂和重組規(guī)律,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)和設(shè)計(jì)出更加高效的有機(jī)反應(yīng)、合成概念、合成策略和路線,以應(yīng)用于藥物分子及有機(jī)功能分子的發(fā)現(xiàn)與制備。在這個(gè)模塊中,授課老師將介紹有機(jī)合成化學(xué)相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),并結(jié)合自身科研工作介紹目前有機(jī)合成化學(xué)領(lǐng)域的前沿研究成果,包括且不限于天然產(chǎn)物與藥物分子全合成、不對(duì)稱催化合成、以及自由基化學(xué)等。

化學(xué)生物學(xué)

化學(xué)生物學(xué)是化學(xué)與生物學(xué)的交叉學(xué)科,通過(guò)化學(xué)手段研究生命體系,揭示生物過(guò)程的分子機(jī)制。它結(jié)合合成化學(xué)、分析化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)小分子探針或工具,調(diào)控和解析蛋白質(zhì)、核酸等生物大分子的功能,助力疾病機(jī)制研究和藥物開(kāi)發(fā)。在這個(gè)模塊中,授課老師將介紹化學(xué)生物學(xué)相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),并結(jié)合自身科研工作介紹目前化學(xué)生物學(xué)領(lǐng)域的前沿研究成果,包括且不限于核酸化學(xué)、生物正交反應(yīng)、計(jì)算質(zhì)譜學(xué)、抗體偶聯(lián)藥物、靶向蛋白修飾等。

全球范圍內(nèi),對(duì)有機(jī)合成化學(xué)與化學(xué)生物學(xué)有興趣,且具備相關(guān)學(xué)科和領(lǐng)域基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)在讀本科生、研究生及博士后。

費(fèi)用說(shuō)明

暑期學(xué)校免收學(xué)費(fèi),提供課程期間的中午餐食補(bǔ)貼。住宿費(fèi)和交通費(fèi)用自理。

獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金

暑期學(xué)校項(xiàng)目將依據(jù)暑期學(xué)校期間表現(xiàn),在結(jié)業(yè)時(shí)遴選約30位外校優(yōu)秀學(xué)員,提供2000元獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,用于補(bǔ)助國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)旅費(fèi)和住宿費(fèi)。

授課教師簡(jiǎn)介


羅丹教授(Prof. Dan Luo)

Prof. Dan Luoobtained his B.S. from the University of Science and Technology of China and his PhD from The Ohio State University. He arrived at Cornell in 1998 for his postdoctoral training in the School of Chemical Engineering before joining the Cornell faculty in the Department of Biological and Environmental Engineering in 2001. He was promoted to full professorship in 2011. He is a recipient of the National Science Foundation’s CAREER Award, the Cornell Provost’s Award for Distinguished Scholarship, the SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Scholarship and Creative Activities, the Journal of Materials Chemistry Inaugural Editorial Board Award, New York State Faculty Development Award, CALS College Award for Outstanding Accomplishments in Basic Research, and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Point-of-Care Diagnostics Grand Challenge Award. He was also selected four times by Cornell’s top undergraduate seniors (Merrill Presidential Scholars) as a Cornell outstanding mentor. Dr. Luo has delivered close to 300 invited talks around the world, with dozens of them being keynote speeches. In 2013, Dr. Luo was elected as a College Fellow of the American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineering (AIMBE).


Prof. Alessandro Angelini

Dr. Alessandro Angeliniis an associate professor of Biochemistry at the Department of Molecular Science and Nanosystems of the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice (Italy). In 2008 he earned his Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry at the University of Padua (Italy). From 2008 to 2011, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the école Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (Lausanne, Switzerland). From 2012 to 2016, he was a research scientist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Cambridge, USA). In 2017 he was appointed tenure-track assistant professor at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice (Italy). He is the head of the Biomolecular engineering research group. His research is primarily focused on the development of novel macrocyclic peptides and proteins for therapeutic applications. He has been visiting scientist at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (Grenoble, France) and at the Rockefeller University (NY, USA). He is co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) of the biotechnology start-up Arzanya S.r.l..


陳鵬教授(Prof. Peng Chen)

Prof. Peng Chengraduated with a bachelor’s degree from Peking University in 2002 and earned his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago in 2007, followed by postdoctoral research at The Scripps Research Institute in the United States. Since 2009, he has held positions as Research Fellow and Professor at the College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, Peking University. His primary research focuses on cutting-edge interdisciplinary areas between chemistry and biology, aiming to leverage chemists’ knowledge and methodologies to develop novel tools and approaches for exploring life sciences. To date, he has published over 100 research papers in prestigious journals including Nature, Cell, and Nature Chemistry. His outstanding contributions have been recognized with numerous awards, including the Second Prize of the National Natural Science Award, the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the New Cornerstone Investigator Award, and the Tencent Exploration Award.


Prof. Federico Polo

Prof. Federico Poloearned the PhD in Chemical Sciences, with a major in Physical Chemistry and Electrochemistry, at the University of Padova (Italy) in 2007. Afterwards, he carried out his research activities as postdoctoral fellow at Georgia Institute of Technology (USA), University of Münster (Germany) and University of Padova. In 2015, he was appointed senior scientist at the National Cancer institute in Aviano, Italy. In 2018 he was appointed assistant professor at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, where 2021 took on the role of associate professor. He is the head of the Molecular Electrochemistry Laboratory, and departmental delegate for the international relations. He spent several stays abroad as visiting scholar at the Harvard University, University of Connecticut, Université de Montréal, and very recently at the Institut de Physique et Chimie des Matériaux de Strasbourg. His research activities focus on molecular electrochemistry, electron transfer and electrochemiluminescence in molecular model systems, and development of biosensing platform.


Prof. Tofik Ahmed Shifa

Prof. Tofik Ahmed Shifareceived his B.Sc. degree in Applied Chemistry in 2007 from Arbaminch University and his M.Sc. degree in Analytical Chemistry in 2011 from Haramaya University. After working as a lecturer at Haramaya University for about three years, he was admitted to the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences at the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology (NCNST), where he was awarded his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry in 2018. Following his Ph.D., he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Lule? University of Technology, Sweden, from 2019 to 2021. He then became a tenure-track researcher and a Marie Sk?odowska Curie Fellow (2021-2024) at Ca' Foscari University of Venice (UNIVE). Currently, he is an associate professor at UNIVE, where he conducts research, manages funded projects, advises Master’s and PhD students, and teaches the courses in the area of Nanoscience and Technology. He is also a member of the Global Young Academy and the EUTOPIA Young Leaders Academy. Prof. Shifa’s research interest includes controllable synthesis and development of novel materials for electrocatalysis/photocatalysis of water splitting reactions.


Prof. David Sarlah

Prof. David Sarlahwas born and raised in Slovenia, where he obtained his B.S. in chemistry from the University of Ljubljana. He completed his Ph.D. studies at the Scripps Research Institute with Prof. K. C. Nicolaou and postdoctoral work with Prof. Erick M. Carreira at ETH Zürich. In 2014, he joined the faculty at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and moved to Rice University in 2024. His main research interests focus on methodology development and synthesis of complex natural products with related chemical biology.


盧一新教授(Prof. Yixin Lu)

Prof. Yixin Lustudied chemistry and received his B.Sc. from Fudan University, and continued his graduate studies in Canada and obtained his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry under the supervision of George Just from McGill University in 2000. He then carried out his postdoctoral research with Peter W. Schiller at Clinical Research Institute of Montreal, and subsequently worked as an RCMS fellow with Ryoji Noyori at Nagoya University. In late 2003, he started his independent research and joined the National University of Singapore (NUS) where he is now a professor. Currently, he is the Head of NUS Chemistry Department, a Fellow of Singapore National Academy of Science, and the Vice-President of Singapore National Institute of Chemistry (SNIC). He was the recipient of a number of awards, including Asian Core Program (ACP) Lectureship Awards to China, Japan, and Korea (2009 2016); Young/Outstanding Scientist Award from the Faculty of Science, NUS (2009, 2013); GSK-SNIC Award in Organic Chemistry (2013); Dean’s Chair Professorship (2013); NRF Investigatorship Award (2018). He is an Editorial Advisory Board Member for Accounts of Chemical Research, an Editorial Board Member for Asian Journal of Organic Chemistry, and an Associate Editor for Green Synthesis and Catalysis. His research program is focused on asymmetric catalysis and synthesis, and his current interests include organic catalysis, transition metal catalysis, and photoredox catalysis, and sustainable chemistry.


Prof. Péter Horvatovich

Prof. Péter Horvatovichreceived his PhD from University of Strasbourg (France) in food analytical chemistry in 2001 developing new analytical approaches for detection of 2-alkylcyclobutanones to identify food preserved by ionization treatment. Following this period, he spent two years in pharmaceutical industry at Sanofi-Synthelabo (Budapest, Hungary) performing molecular modeling and cheminformatics and one and half year of postdoc position at the Bundesinstitute für Risikobewertung (Berlin, Germany) with Alexander von Humboldt and Hertie foundation scholarship detecting of use of recombinant somatotropin in lactating cow. In 2005 he joined Analytical Biochemistry group at University of Groningen (The Netherlands), where he is working in the last 20 years and currently chairing Computational Mass Spectrometry position as Full Professor. His research interests focus on computational mass spectrometry, proteogenomics data integration, bioinformatics, mass spectrometry imaging, clinical proteomics and metabolomics and biomarker discovery. He authored more than 145 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters. He is secretary general of the Chromosome-Centric Human Proteome Project and participating in X-Omics Dutch large scale infrastructure program, Swedish Melanoma Cancer Moonshot program and participate in clinical multi-omics and biomarker studies.


Prof. Sang Jeon Chung

Prof. Sang Jeon Chungcompleted his first academic qualifications in 1990, subsequently pursued further scholarly distinction by obtaining both a Master of Science and a Doctorate in Organic Chemistry from POSTECH in Pohang, awarded in 1992 and 1996, respectively. Upon concluding his doctoral studies, Professor Chung undertook rigorous postdoctoral research endeavors at the Scripps Research institute in La Jolla and at Harvard University, with a pronounced focus on the fields of molecular biology and structural biology. In 2013, Professor Chung was appointed as an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Dongguk University in Seoul, where he ascended to the rank of Professor by 2017. Subsequently, he assumed the role of Professor at the School of Pharmacy, Sungkyunkwan University, where he presently holds the esteemed position of Dean. In this role, he continues to spearhead innovations in pharmaceutical sciences and mentor the forthcoming cadre of pharmacists and researchers.


Prof. Varinder K. Aggarwal

Prof. Varinder K. Aggarwalholds the Alfred Capper Pass Chair at the University of Bristol, UK, and serves as an Associate Editor for Chemical Engineering Journal. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of Cambridge in 1983 and earned his Ph.D. from the same institution in 1986, followed by postdoctoral research at Columbia University, USA. Since 1988, Prof. Aggarwal has held academic positions at the University of Bath, the University of Sheffield, and the University of Bristol, progressing through the ranks from Lecturer to Reader and ultimately to Professor. His research focuses on asymmetric catalysis, organic synthetic reactions and their applications, and total synthesis of bioactive molecules. In recent years, he has made significant breakthroughs in the fields of organoboron chemistry and radical chemistry. To date, Prof. Aggarwal has published over 400 research papers in prestigious international journals including Nature, Science, Nature Chemistry, and Nature Catalysis. His outstanding contributions have been recognized with numerous prestigious awards, including ACS Cope Scholar Award, RSC Organic Synthesis Award, RSC Perkin Prize, Humboldt Research Award.


何川教授(Prof. Chuan He)

Dr. Chuan Heis the John T. Wilson Distinguished Service Professor in the Department of Chemistry and Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Chicago. He received his bachelor of science degree in 1994 from the University of Science and Technology of China and his Ph.D. in chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2000, studying under professor Stephen J. Lippard. After training as a Damon-Runyon postdoctoral fellow with professor Gregory L. Verdine at Harvard University, he joined the University of Chicago as an assistant professor, rising to associate professor in 2008 and full professor in 2010. He was selected as an investigator of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute in 2013. Dr. He’s research spans a broad range of fields including chemical biology, RNA biology, epigenetics, biochemistry, and genomics. His recent research concerns reversible RNA and DNA methylation in biological regulation. In 2011, his group discovered reversible RNA methylation as a new mechanism of gene expression regulation. His laboratory characterized the RNA m6A methyltransferase complex and several key reader proteins that bind preferentially to m6A-modified RNA and regulate their stability and translation. In 2020, Dr. He’s laboratory reported prevalent m6A methylation on chromatin-associated regulatory RNAs (carRNAs), which regulates chromatin state and global transcription. The reversible methylation of carRNA controls mammalian and plant development. His laboratory also spearheaded the development of enabling technologies to study RNA and DNA modifications as well as gene expression regulation.


譚敏佳研究員(Prof. Minjia Tan)

Prof. Minjia Tan’s research focuses on the regulation of protein modifications and precise drug interventions using biological mass spectrometry and proteomics technologies. To date, he has published over 120 SCI-indexed papers, with recent corresponding-author publications in top-tier journals including Cell (2018, 2020), Cell Metabolism (2021), Nature Chemistry (2023), Nature Cancer (2024), Nature Communications (2018, 2024), Science Translational Medicine (2024), Journal of the American Chemical Society (2023), and Molecular Cell (2021, 2022). His work has garnered over 15,000 citations, and he holds 6 authorized patents while contributing to 4 academic monographs. His research achievements were selected for China's 2020 Significant Medical Advances and highlighted in Cell's annual research highlights. He has received the National Natural Science Fundation of China for Distinguished Young Scholars and numerous accolades, including the China Youth Science and Technology Award, First Prize in Natural Sciences from the Ministry of Education, Shanghai Outstanding Young Scientific and Technological Talent, and Shanghai Outstanding Academic Leader.
