5月22日，安徽阜陽。當事人韓女士稱，事發當天雨很大，頂樓的鄰居裝修時把墻體外移，將下水管道包在了臥室里，水管被沖裂了家里進水，導致自家水流成河，同時滲下來使得樓下3家都遭殃。據拍客了解到，目前物業還未進行定責，仍在協商中。（編輯：袁子毫）
