- 黃油提早拿出室溫軟化~軟化到這種打蛋器能很輕松攪順滑的程度,冬天可以借助烤箱的去發酵功能軟化
- 加入細砂糖和鹽~糖一定要細
- 攪拌均勻順滑~對,這個配方就是不用打發
- 加入蛋液
- 攪拌均勻
- 篩入低粉~
- 戴手套,揉至不見干粉
- 分成三坨,大中小~分別的125克,40克,85克左右~多一克少一克不必太在意了
- 按照圖上這樣,加可可粉和抹茶粉調色~抹茶粉我用的五十鈴~抹茶粉注意冷凍保存哦
- 戴手套,揉勻~
- 可可這一坨整成長條形~emmmmm~看起來有點一言難盡~大約15厘米~這一坨可以包好,送去冷凍一下,再進行下一步,避免整形捏的時候順便捏憋了~如果你有把握,可以跟我一樣,直接搞下去
- 大坨的淺綠色面團搟開方形,長短要跟可可那一坨差不多~墊保鮮膜,不粘案板~上面再蓋一層保鮮膜~好搟,注意整理,盡量規整
- 借助保鮮膜裹起來
- 捏一下,這樣看~捏成這種上窄下寬的樣子~
- 深綠色的面團,還是一樣,上下保鮮膜,搟開,對比,長短一致差不多~薄厚均勻~
- 利用保鮮膜裹起~嗯,就是這樣~對頭~保鮮膜包起來,冰箱冷凍半小時~
- 取出切成大小合適的片~大概能切18片
- 全部擺好~
- 烤箱預熱,150度~柏翠這個復古綠配古銅金,忍不住夸一下~好看

- 送進烤箱~柏翠3040烤箱,150度烘烤20分鐘~喜歡吃香一點的就烤干點~抹茶不宜高溫長時間烘烤~溫度僅供參考,不可照搬
- 到時間了,用手摸一下邊緣稍微硬一點,出爐~~如果整體比較軟,延長時間,如果邊稍硬,中間有點軟那沒關系,涼了就變酥脆了
