- 準備好所有食材
- 西蘭花、紅蘿卜焯下水,然后切小丁(盡量碎點)備用
- 2個雞蛋打入碗中攪散(運氣太贊,遇到2個雙黃蛋,哈哈哈)
- 將切碎的西蘭花丁、紅蘿卜丁放入雞蛋液中
- 再加入牛奶和少于鹽,攪勻
- 鍋中放少于油,小火,舀一勺蛋液倒入,鋪平
- 當半凝固時用鏟子從蛋餅的一端慢慢像另一端卷起
- 卷好后用鏟子推至開始起卷的一端
- 再舀一勺蛋液倒入,鋪平
- 待半凝固時重復之前,慢慢向另一端卷起,卷好后用鏟子輕輕推到起卷端
- 重復之前,再鋪一層蛋液,再卷起
