興業銀行私人銀行此前發布的海報顯示：“2025菁英實習計劃”為高凈值客戶子女量身打造實踐機會，可以為客戶子女提供金融、互聯網、咨詢、快消、傳媒、汽車等行業的實習機會，其中不乏摩根大通、中金資本、谷歌、微軟、字節跳動等知名企業。
宣傳圖片顯示，報名條件為非興業銀行私行客戶需新增行外資金1000萬元以上；興業銀行存量私行客戶需新增行外資金500萬元以上。并且實習期內資金不得轉移。
