(醫藥健聞2025年6月5日訊）給藥技術開發商Continuity Biosciences, LLC宣布收購Focal Medical, Inc.， 此次收購是Continuity成為頑固性實體瘤器械靶向治療領域領軍者戰略的關鍵一步。
通過此次收購，Continuity Biosciences獲得了Focal Medical的全部專利、離子電滲技術平臺和專用設備、科學知識以及與北卡羅來納大學教堂山分校的許可協議。 此外，Focal的主要科學人員和領導層將加入Continuity，進一步增強其內部實力。 此次收購同時包含位于北卡羅來納州卡里的專項研發設施，該設施目前支撐著現有平臺與管線的持續升級，未來將擴建以支持其他給藥平臺。
