6月起，上海燃氣將逐步取消紙質賬單，開啟“無紙化”時代。居民綁定“上海燃氣微客服”即可查詢燃氣用量，繳費提醒和線上繳費。對于仍需紙質賬單的用戶，可通過熱線962777，微客服或線下營業廳恢復寄送。在低碳環保的同時，滿足不同居民需求，讓生活更便捷。
