蒸好的糯米面團(tuán)取出,放在撒有熟黃豆粉的案板上,稍晾涼一會兒,等面團(tuán)不燙手時,用搟面杖將面團(tuán)搟成薄片。搟的時候要注意力度均勻,盡量搟得薄一些,這樣卷出來的豆面卷子層次會更豐富。
